Zinc & Magnesium
Hi folks,

I have a question (that I should have probably asked a longtime ago) for a couple of years I have been taking Magnesium Citrate, capsule. 400 mg daily as well as Zinc, capsule form, 50 mg every day.  I am starting to worry about the possibility of toxicity.  Can anyone tell me if I should cutback or quit one or all of these supplements?
