prenatal vitamins?

I believe I'm pregnant I haven't taken a test yet. But I'm wondering about prenatal vitamins. What should be in them or what should I take in general I'm very worried about when should I start and how much and what is needed

There are a lot of prenatals on the market, and you are most likely safe with any one of them.  If you are of childbearing age it's a good idea to take one, even if you aren't pregnant - so you can start anytime!  Generally you want to be sure the vitamins have around 800mcg of folic acid and some iron, as well. Some have around 18mg, but as someone who tends to be iron deficient I usually try to get ones with more iron in them.
