Elevated immunoglobulin, Qt IgM

Does having an elevated immunoglobulin M always mean Wadernstrom's Macroglobulinemia? I have extreme fatigue, joint pain, dizziness, light headedness, etc. I have no idea what is wrong with me but this is one of the things on my lab work that is elevated.
