I'm trying to lose a stone for my holiday in three months, i've started doing zumba cardio everyday, which lasts 50 minutes and I do calf raises and situps before bed. Im 16 and weigh 9 stone and im 5'2, so i'd like to get down to 8 stone, im also dieting and cutting out a lot aturated fats, can I lose a stone in 3 months?
