2 weeks on releana and I ate McDonalds

Is there anyone out there taking Releana for weight loss? I have been on relean for 12 days, lost 10 pounds so far and I gave in on Monday and had Mcdonald. I feel so horrible ofr that and now i am feeling like I will not lose any more weight because of that. I dont know if I should continue as normal or what I should do. Can anyone help me out wit htihs ans I promise I WILL NOT go off the diet agian because it definitely works! I feel so bad for that one day of eating junk food.

no problem, just make sure you don;t eat too often foods like McDonalds, or KFC.
Meanwhile, do you consider losing 10pounds for 12 days healthy? I haven't heard of this diet supplement up to now, but I used proactol, which helped me lose about 28lbs quickly, but healthy enough..So I didn't have to go on a diet and ate all my favourite foods..
