I avoid all dairy because I think I have lactose intolerance. I only eat boiled chicken if I do eat meat. I am trying to cut down on carbs.
Low fat low carb diet is what I meant.
Chicken breasts, lean pork tender loin, and even super lean 93% fat free burger as well as lean fish will be a great way to get healthy protein in your diet. If you're trying to weight fast I recommend going easy on the carbohydrates. You can stay full and be healthy on a fat, low carb diet. As Barbara said, lots of veggies, lean meats, and exercise will help you to get started. Take it slow and create some healthy habits, over time it gets much easier. Drink lots of water and eat small portions all throughout your day to train your body to burn calories efficiently and curb your hunger. You should be eating about 5-6 small meals a day.
Low-Fat
You can use a reduced-fat diet similar to those recommended for gallbladder disease after your gallbladder is removed, according to nutritionist Peggy Stanfield, coauthor of the book "Nutrition and Diet Therapy: Self-Instructional Approaches." Aim for about 40 to 50 grams of fat per day. Good foods to include on a reduced-fat diet include skim milk and nonfat yogurt, 4 to 6 ounces of boiled, broiled or baked lean meat, fish or poultry, nonalcoholic beverages and broth-based soups. If you have high blood pressure, choose low-sodium soups. Avoid whole milk, cream, high-fat bakery products, such as biscuits, nut breads, and doughnuts, fried, creamed or breaded meats and cream-based soups.
Healthy Fats
Continue to include good fats, such as olive and fish oil, in your diet after gallbladder surgery, according to Dr. Mary Enig, author of the book "Eat Fat, Lose Fat: The Healthy Alternative to Trans Fats." Your body still requires healthy fats and, even without your gallbladder, your liver still produces bile to digest those fats. Your liver secretes bile on a schedule that coincides with the natural rhythm of eating three meals per day, so the key to digesting fats without a gallbladder is to time your meals to coincide with your liver's inherent bile cycles. Also, add a bile supplement with each meal to ensure a sufficient supply and to support your body's natural rhythm.
I don't drink my calories anymore. I only stick to water. I rarely eat meat because im not supposed to eat fat. I had my gallbladder removed in 2013. If I eat meat I get sick due to the fat content. I can no longer eat or drink any dairy. I do a few minutes a day because I want to get used to the pace. Once I am used to it I will increase the time of exercise. I don't like to exercise outside because I live in a cold place and can't breathe due to the cold. That is why i stick to being inside. I am a very stressed person trying to lose weight, go through a divorce, get my permit and start college all at the same time.
**** the weight just eat what you want do 150 min.of exercise a week u will definitely find urself in a good figure after an year
Make sure you eat plenty of veggies and lean protein for every meal. Those will fill you up and keep you feeling fuller longer.
Walking up and down stairs is excellent exercise... just make sure you vary the number of times you do it every day or your body will become used to it and it won't be a challenge so you won't lose as much.
