No, I've not tried it, but it is a VERY BAD IDEA!! Although the diet in this link is not exactly the same, the principle is the same: When you eat less then 1,000 calories a day, you lower your metabolism and then on the days you eat, you tend to overeat. This diet is not conducive to healthy eating habits which is what you really need. Although this may work for you short term, it's setting you up to fail long term.
