Thought a little motivation and thoughts were needed for all of us.  Be sure to listen to the words ...

Then, from a very dear friend of mine, Ms. Elaine .. thank you for your sweet poem .. and I do hope you don't mind me sharing it with everyone!

ALWAYS HAVE FAITH IN YOURSELF
It is not easy to
Live life sometimes,
And face the world with a smile.
When you're crying inside,
It takes a lot of courage
To reach down inside yourself
Hold on to that strength
That's still there,
And know that tomorrow,
Is a new day
With new possibilities

But if you can just hold on
Long enough to see this through,
You'll come out a new person
Stronger,
With more understanding,
And with a new pride in yourself
From knowing you made it.

Here's one I just read and thought was worth sharing .. you know .. positive thinking and opening your mind to NEW thought processes really does help in creating our successful journeys.

"There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle" -- Albert Einstein

Your 2nd one reminded me of looking at life through the eyes of a child.  I'm sure you've noticed that with children, "everything is a miracle", so I really, really appreciated your inspirational quote by Albert Einstein.  Thank you so much.  I am going to reflect on this today....

My youngest (6 years old) is 1350 miles away right now (in FL), so I am hearing 2nd hand the "cute" things she is saying.  Yes, absence makes the heart grow fonder - and I thought I was already quite fond of her!  She sees life as pretty much of a miracle.

elaine - Would LOVE to have you post something each week .. maybe even several times a week!  Think we all need daily encouragement and new thought processes to reflect on as we make these changes to our lives.

twehner - Isn't it amazing how a profound thought, learned by life's experiences and wisdom of others, can really have an impact on our lives?  I'm glad that one struck a chord for you.  I have had many who have done that for me.

WL&D COMMUNITY - With my sincerest wishes .. we all need to open our minds and allow some new thought processes in so that we can change to positive "can do" attitudes that last a lifetime!  I used to be a negative person ... and thanks to those who shared such inspirational thoughts with me ... and my ability to see they were optimistic and I was not ... I opened my mind.

Most of you know my favorite quote ... from Nelson Mandela ... “Our worst fear is not that we are inadequate; our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, “Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?” Actually, who are you not to be?”

How about we all look for positive quotes and affirmations to share with each other ... and actively participate in changing our perspectives and/or helping other members change theirs???  We are a TEAM and we are all in this TOGETHER!!!

"If you lose hope, somehow you lose the vitality that keeps life moving, you lose that courage to be, that quality that helps you go on in spite of it all. And so today I still have a dream."  Martin Luther King, Jr.
