Increase your activities, cut down on carbs, ELIMINATE all junk food, sodas packaged, convenience and fast foods.
Eat only nutrient dense healthy foods, fresh and as natural as possible.
Drink plenty of water 1 hour away from meals.
Visualize your self having the ideal body you want as many times daily as possible! This really works if you apply it multiple times daily for many months! It's like brain-washing in a positive way!

You have to Exercise daily atleast 2 hours and eat less than 800 calories ~ >_<
You should eat fruits (not too much), vegetables, just alittle chocolate, almonds, and every healthy foods~~
