Adipex

Before taking Adipex I chose to quit taking my anti depressant pills a little after turning 18 hoping I would not need them my whole life. A year or so before that I attempted suicide. I felt fine not taking my anti depressants since it has been almost a year since I quit taking them and when I began taking Adipex and been eating 1100 to 1200 calories a day I have lost 17 lbs in almost a month. I am very impressed by this pill except the fact that I am extremely depressed and am very short tempered. I experience horrible stages of depression where I just sit and rock back and forth and cry and do not know why I am crying. I was just wondering if there were any anti depressants I could take while taking Adipex that will not effect my weight loss.

That is a question that only your doctor can answer.  If you go back on anti-depressants, maybe you will have to work a bit harder to lose the weight, but it will be worth it because you will feel better.

Yes, please take your depression very seriously.  Ask your doctor if there are any anti-depressants that are weight-neutral...  Of WAY more importance at the moment, though, is your feeling better!
