It is completely normal for women after puberty to feel insecure about their body. It is because of the constant pressure from the media, peers, etc.
Let me tell you straight: it is Bulls.....
You are still growing and changing. Heck, I was 1.30 m only with 18. I started to grow another 20 cm later, for whatever reasons.
And our genes dictate most of our shape. We girls have a female shape for a reason. No female shape normally means infertile.
Besides, the scientific papers all indicate that the overweight (not the obese) BMI is the most healthy one. HAH! Doctors just randomly decided what BMI range is considered normal.
Pics in the media are all photoshopped, and even if you want to have an athletic body, you need to decide what kind of an athletic body. A swimmer looks different from a runner and completely different from a woman who is a weightlifter. THERE IS NO NORMAL BODYSHAPE! Only a flavor of the year.
It is easy to say that someone doesn't like you because of your weight, because it is the easiest option for us. But most of the time, it is not true: They are maybe jealous because they think you are prettier than them, so they have to pull you down, and they know where it hurts.
Or they dislike your smile, or your grades, your friends...anyone who says "you are fat" is a liar, and most likely jealous, insecure and has no idea how else to make himself feel better.
Hurting others is easier than to admit their own insecurity.
Everybody is unique and beautiful, in it own way. Just think of the awesome fact that we are alive, sentient, walking, having no fur or hooves, making music, eating pizza...(pizza for me is a small wonder :) ) Worrying about your weight just keeps you from enjoying your life. Life is to short for that.
Hey,
Well first, honestly you sounf fine the way you are but if you don't like your legs you can walk and tone them. But everything sounds fine. And if you check your BMI you are not "fat" if anything it says your slightly under the average weight for your height. Your beautiful don't let anyone make you think otherwise.
