Another Update!!! :)

Officially down 15 lbs!!!
Start 190 on 9/26/2013.
Current 175 lbs on 11/5/2013.
Goal 140 by 5/10/2014.
Only 35 lbs left to go!!!! :)

I live on campus for college. So, I eat when the meals are out. If I'm hungry inbetween, oh well.

Well done! My current weight and goal are very close to yours.

It's pretty much all about eating less calories then you need daily ;)

I haven't changed my diet at all really. I just eat less. Three meals a day and an occasional snack. No fatty deserts. If I want dessert, I get hot chocolate or gummy snacks. Water with lemon instead of soda.
