Cut out all whites...meaning flours, sugars, and even corn. Replace them with brown rice. Avoid processed foods....anything in a box! Eat as much in original form as possible. Count calories, up your protein to a minimum of 80g/day. Stay active and don't eat past 6:30 or 7 because (or three hours before bedtime) you don't want food sitting in your tummy when you go to bed.
Avoid too much red meat and processed food. Replace them with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. And take everything in moderation. Plus drink a lot of water. If dieting will pose as a problem, try Liproxenol. It is excellent in curbing the appetite while raising your metabolism.
