I don't drink any alcohol. So to lose the belly fat should I start a low carb diet and start strength training? Anyone that has a good resource on Internet to start to look into both? Thanks to everyone!
If your problem isn't your diet. I highly suggest strength training. It helps burn the fat if you're already doing cardio as well
Maybe try a lower carb diet. And cut out any starches like pasta or any kind of bread. Or at least cut down a bit from it. Also if u drink alcohol try to avoid it. Also make sure you're getting in your strength training like crunches and lifting along with ur cardio because when u build muscle it helps burn the fat ten times faster!
