Better Exercises?
Im looking to lose about 15 LBS by late May. I have been doing 10 push ups, 20 sit ups, 80 jumping jacks, 75 calf lifts, 60 sec wall sit, and 20 lunges everyday.

Is there any other better/faster ways to lose weight?

You can try adding in a 30 minute walk every day, look into zumba, dancing, yoga, etc.

If you do the same thing every day, your body gets used to it and it's no longer a challenge.  You have to keep changing your routine, so you keep your body off guard.
