I am 22 and currently on hCG and a low calorie diet and exercise program. I have been having great progress, but I worry about loosing over 200lbs and the problems that come with it like sagging skin. The NP at the office told me to take 2,000mg of Vitamin C for collagen production with all my other vitamins. How much hyaluronic acid I should be taking? I also wanted to know what vitamins can help promote collagen and elastin.
