I'm a female 59 years old, weight 185. Use to weigh 230. I have started walking and teadmill 3-5 miles everyday. I have been doing this for 4 weeks. I have not lost a pound and my STOMACH appears larger than it was????? I have not noticed any change in my clothes except the tightness in the stomach area. What could be wrong???? I have been checking out different exercises for stomach only but have not started yet. I'm wandering if there could be a medical problem or walking has done something????
