CHALLENGE POST - Yoga - Exercise

Good Monday Morning! I think that perhaps a nice yoga exercise session is just what might get us all going this morning. I know that there are several members that enjoy yoga and I myself will be trying this today as well. So give it a try and let us know how it went for you today.
