Well....gained 7/10 of a pound. Mostly due to inactivity from first illness, and then illness in others causing me to need to run back and forth between home and two different hospitals...not good food choices on the run. I have strained my back a bit, so I will let it rest a bit over the next few days and get right back on the treadmill. ; )
Hi all....I'm really late due to a date I had yesterday with my garage. My garage is now clean and neat....it was worth the 4 hours it took :)
I had a good week....I was down 2+lbs on Friday. But....went to happy hour on Friday and had a movie date with hubby on Saturday. I need to learn how to have a life without going too far astray.
I'm back on course now though and am hoping for a good week this week.
Hey guys...i know im alittle late. But i broke out even this week, i gained nothing but lost nothing. This week im doing more walking as the weather is suppose to be so nice!!!
Well .. am up 1 pound due to eating out several times in Kansas City with my daughter. I always indulge there but know that when I go so I don't sweat it.
This week I am buckling down and have had a long talk with myself. I've been procrastinating and playing the yo-yo game a little and been fairly "content" to stay where I am. Re-examined my reasons for beginning this process and found the reasons still exist and I am not done with my journey .. so ...
Renewed "I CAN DO IT" Attitude in Place and onward and downward I will be going. Decided to conquer a new fear that you will all be privy to soon .. don't say I didn't warn you!

I did good this week still losing and almost to goal!! thought i would slip off the wagon im so bad with food but i do try! I did much better on exercise only slacked on thursday when it was my MIL's bday but i exercised on tuesday and even got saturday in on top of the other 3 days for my shred!! I even attempted my pesky lil fat tracker again today and finally got a lower # guess it decided to cooperate lol!! so im at 23% first # i orginally got was 24.6 so I do think thats about right with the inches i have lost!! I swear if it didnt come with that nifty lil fitness tape measure i probably would have taken it but to GNC but the tape measure is just too cool never seen one like it lol!!

I started this last monday, i have since lost a couple of pounds... but for the life of me i cannot figure out how to change my weight on my tracker =/

This is the 3rd week I've weighed 151 - but I'm at that last 10 lbs or so point... I guess I've gotta get it in gear here. My goal for reaching 140 is April 5, so I still have time to do it the right way...
This week for me I would have to say has been really good! I just joined this site and started dieting and exercising on Thursday, Feb. 5th, and have already lost a total of 3lbs. It's amazing what you can do when you finally set your mind to it and actually follow through with your goals.. I have been trying to lose my pregnancy weight for 3 years now and up until now have not had any luck. I love this site and all the people on it! I just want to wish you all good luck on achieving your goals, and may we all have success at the end of our journeys! My small goal for this coming week is to lose another 2-3lbs! =]
A really bad week. Hubby and I were down due to the frustrating job search, I suffered from a lot of joint pain, and we ended up drinking too much wine and not being active. I'm up 2 lbs. We have had the talk about our behaviour and are hopefully back on track.
