Chewing and spitting is an eating disorder just as much as anorexia and bulimia. Do not turn to these diseases as a solution, they will slowly break down your body and you will end up unhealthy instead of healthy.
To speed up weight loss you can eat a can of pinapples each day and drink a glass of green tea (without any form of added sugar) before each meal.
I know this answer is not what you are looking for, but please don't turn to chewing and spitting.
That's an awful idea...just eat the right foods :p chewing and spitting ain't a lifestyle change
