DAY 8 -EXERCISE -THANKSGIVING CHALLENGE

Welcome to the second week of the challenge!

Last week has been an amazing week with everyone pulling in together and supporting each other!

You have demonstrated great strength and determination under pressure!

This week , let's carry on the good work and continue the relentless march!

Today I have for you a fat burning work out for your legs! This one is called the crab walk!

Let's see if you can do this with out getting crabby! lol...

****And do report how many minutes you did today**** There is going to be a winner in this contest!

Hey Barb! no worries again..if you dont have the band it's ok...still you can attempt it without the band! Well...tell me how many steps you did tomorrow!

Hey Khendrick! I am sure you would luv the crunches once you get to know how to do it..Why not we say that we start your crunch sessions at 10? Are you game to do 10 crunches a day? It's a mini challenge I am throwing at you! What do you say we both do this together?

Forgot to mention: I don't have the band for the crab walk either - would it be cheating to do it without?  I won't do it tonight, but that's one that seems like it would be good for any time.

Wow gokuangel - you are really getting with the program - great job.  I bet it won't be long before you start seeing the weight fall off.  

I had to go to the dentist after work to get a crown on my tooth, then by my dr's office, so I'm very sorry to have to report that I didn't get in anything today except about 2 miles during my work day, as recorded on my pedometer.  By the time I got home, it's time for dinner, which won't be much since I have to go to bed in about an hour.  

Tomorrow has got to be a better day.

Warming up is always great before exercising as they can prevent injuries and make you feel more alive. Keep piling up all the good work, they certainly add up at the end of the day!

I am here and feel the 2nd week is easier! I think my stomach is also adjusting to small meals when i went to eat chinese yesterday i only ate half of my meal which is great!! Less calories and i was full!! I didnt try the crab walk i dont have one of those bands can i do it without? or will that not work? i dont want to cheat to the peeps who really are trying it!!  I did my 10 mins cardio warmup its just great to start with!! I did 50 crunches and i did some squats and lunges and then i did about 30 mins on my wii fit! Let me say the leg lunge on there is so much better it helps you balance your legs and your stomach!!

Wow! I like when you say ti hurt! lol...that's the essence of crab walk! Wow! 25 steps each side is unbelievable! You did it! awesome! Keep going tough lady! You continue to amaze us!

OKay ouch!!  That hurts lol.  Did 25 steps to each side.  Thats going to hurt when I wake up.  Did 45 minutes on elliptical and 1 mile on treadmill too.  Hoping to have some weight loss or loss some inches when I wake up this afternoon.  I am soooo tired after working 12 hours.  Good Luck to all and hope you enjoy your day and crab walk!
