Eating healthy, working out but remaining the same weight

About three months ago I got as heavy as I have ever been at 133 lbs (yeah I know that not very heavy) and I am holding lots of fat in my thighs and butt.  This weight gain had followed a spinal injury that caused severe sciatica in which I had to stop all serious physical activity for three months.  I started to follow the diet solution which recommends eating healthy meals 5 times a day and cutting out all processed sugars and all high fructose corn syrup.  At first it really helped.  I lost nearly 10 lbs in the first few weeks but then started gaining it all back rapidly.  I was also exercised about 45 min to an hour a day.  Well i found out I was gaining weight because I was pregnant.  i ended up terminating the pregnancy (my own reasons, It's been a hard time since the decision, so no judgement please).  I was then at 136 lbs which I was told would drop off after two weeks.  I managed to drop down to 132.  I want to be between 122 and 125 lbs.  At this weight my fat excess fat seems to be minimized and I look my healthiest.  Not too thin and I don't have all that cellulite on my butt and thighs.  I've been sitting at 132 exactly everyday for the past three weeks.  I eat healthy regularly.  I eat breakfast at around 7 in the morning (usually 2 eggs with a cup of green veggies and maybe some fruit or oatmeal with some protein powder), I have a mid-morning stack around 10 (nuts or carrots with almond butter, an apple), lunch between 12 and 1 (at least 4 ounces protein, a salad with olive oil and vinegar and about a cup of veggies) an after workout snack (hardboiled egg with veggies, chicken breast or whatever I feel like) and then a dinner similar to my lunch between 6 and 8 pm.  My workout consists of mostly yoga, light resistance training or cardiovascular workouts.  The average calorie burn per workout is between 400-600.  I am just under 5'6" and 26 years old with a slender skeletal structure.  It's rather frustrating cause although I am not heavy by anyones standards, I am frustrated that i can't seem to get rid of the fat in my thighs or butt.  Is there anything that I need to change to optimize my weight loss so that I can reach my goal.  I'm not looking to be super skinny.  I just want to be thin and healthy.  Does my problem have anything to do with my hormones being out of whack.  I've never had a hard time losing weight like this before.

I agree with OytheGreat....... this might just be temporary since, your body has gone through some changes.

You might consider have your thyroid levels tested, since hypothyroidism is a major cause of sudden weight gain/inability to lose; however, you aren't overweight by any stretch of the imagination, so you might be okay to wait a couple months and see if your hormones balance out again .

I recommend that you keep a food diary and count how many calories you are actually eating/day.  If you aren't taking in enough, your body many hand onto fat stores already there to prevent starvation.

Yoga is usually very good for toning muscles, and helping to get rid of fat; maybe you need to either change up your routine or increase the intensity, if you can.

It's always best to give both your diet and exercise routines, variety; otherwise, the body becomes used to the same things every day, so nothing is a challenge anymore.

With all the recent changes in the body, it may just be a temporary issue. Hormonal problems can cause weight gain, water retention, etc. So don't sweat it out unless a couple months have passed and there are no changes.

Otherwise, you might check how many calories you're consuming. You may be cutting too much or eating a tad over what's necessary. I tend to think this is just a temporary issue, however. You dropped 4 lbs in two weeks already. The rest will come with time.
