Eating healthy

I workout 2-4 days a week but I don't always eat the right things, I need a little help coming up with a good diet plan

We don't really do diet plans, but you can do that via the Diet Diary app... it will help you figure out the number of calories you need/day, plus the amount of protein, carbs, fat, etc...

Focus on lean protein, healthful fats, veggies...
