Exercise of the WEEK!

So to help with everyone mix it up with there exercising i will be posting a new one every week and i know some of you may have heard or done them but there are some of you who havent.

30*60's

I love this one its fun and really good for you ...

so what your gonna do is jog for 60 seconds then fast walk for 30 second repeat a few times. then next week do 60*120's

remember to drink plenty of water stay hydrated ***

have fun be active dont give up :)

YAY im soo glad you all like this it brings gret joy to know i can make a differance not just for everyone here but for me as well im lucky to have stumbled on this community :)
ive got a great excersise for the upcoming week soo stay tuned ....

We can do this together!

Guess what i went walking twice this week i know its not quite running but its progress that i can be happy for yay hopefully i will be running before you know it lol

I must get on the ball!  Been working each night till 8pm to 8:30pm and then home to computer work and to bed, up between 5:30am - 6:00am to do it again .. should have some relief after this weekend and then will start this regimen.  Certainly do appreciate this msgorgeous, truly!!!  

I will definitely be reporting in then.  By the way, everyone ... think we should start adding this to our weight trackers ... there is a place to add the exercise.

Let's DO this TOGETHER!!!

I will.........................i had always heard to do this...jog and then walk....just never tried it before? It's fun....sorta adds alittle spice to exercise!! Thanks!

I am too.....started it on Sunday! I like it better than just walking! I jog for a min. then walk....then jog! Really gets the blood pumping faster! It sure makes me drink more...which is an added plus!! Looking forward to the weeks ahead! :)

Thats a great idea to post it on your door its great cardio you dont have to do it for long periods of time like 5 minutes a day for a week then go longer.

i love doing this i miss running i loved it on monday ill be sure to go for a run :) lets hope

Am printing this off and posting it on my door so I can be sure I am reminded to do this each day.  Have been wanting to begin gearing up my exercise as I have a lofty goal of wanting to participate in a 5K next year.
