Exercise

I'm doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. How would I enter that to my exercise intake to get a somewhat accurate number of calories burned?

Hi there,
Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred helps in weight loss, improves your energy levels and reduces your risk of chronic disease. In each exercise interval there are 3 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of aerobic exercise and 1 minute of abdominal exercise, along with a warm-up and cool-down. Your weight at the beginning of the exercises and fitness level all will help in determining the number of calories burned. Approximately 167 calories will be burnt in a person weighing 150 lbs during a 20-minute workout. Do keep me posted with more queries.
