Facial appearance too thin after weight loss

by Michaeldow, Dec 02, 2007 07:39PM
I lost 30 pounds that I needed to loose by a healthier diet. I have always excercised but untill now I just couldn't give up the bad food which surprisingly was very easy after all. It came off within 3 months & I'm still at 170 pounds 6 months later. My problem is that my face has become very thin & unhealthy looking according to those close to me. My apperance seems fit everywhere but my face. Is this normal?

if you dont mind me asking what diet did you do to lose the weight? I dont know the answer to you ? though other than take some vitamins to gain back some of the color and glow in your face since weight loss can make you paler sometimes.
