You do realize that when you're sleeping you get 8 hours of fasting so all you need is a day and half It's no big deal
I'd only say, as you don't say what tea you're going to be drinking or why you're fasting, is that when you fast, you should build up slowly. If you've never fasted before, you might try a one day fast first, then a few months later try one a little longer. But really, that's not a really long time to go without eating, so nothing bad is going to happen to you other than you might experience periods of high energy followed by periods of fatigue followed by feelings of lightheadedness, etc. Each fast affects you as you are at the time, meaning if you're not feeling that well at the beginning, you'll probably feel worse during it, whereas if you're feeling great you'll probably do better, but again, that's not that long to go without food.
Why do you want to fast for 36 hrs? What kind of fast are you thinking of doing? There are water fasts, in which you ingest nothing but water; there are juice fasts, which is self-explanatory; and there are fasts that actually allow very light meals...
