Thanks, it's just sutch a weird feeling and I get confused on what to do. Almost there then I start plainly keeping it same.
Hunger isn't necessarily a part of a healthy lifestyle. This far along, your appetite should be sufficiently adjusted, so you should not be feeling hunger, unless, of course, you're not eating enough.
You might consider increasing your daily intake to about 1600 calories and see how that makes you feel as far as hunger goes. Also see what it does for weight loss. It may actually help, believe it or not.
If you deprive yourself too much, then your metabolism will slow down, which will slow weight loss and make you miserable at the same time. Extreme calorie deprivation can also be dangerous.
Also, with your level of activity, you might have gained muscle, which may account for the hunger as well, since muscle requires a certain amount of calories to function and repair itself.
Probably the biggest reason you're feeling hungry is because you're on the edge of starving yourself. If you increase your calorie intake, it may slow down your weight loss, but it'll also mean you'll be losing fat, not muscle, water, and bone density. Good luck, and keep up the good work!
first i would recommend that you make sure you are drinking enough water. sometimes when you feel really hungry it is because you're dehydrated. 2ndly, I would say that if that doesn't work then you should eat something healthy and filling... like a chicken breast, or a bowl of oatmeal.. or even just have a cheese stick. Also another idea is that maybe you aren't getting enough vitamins and minerals that you need. These are just suggestions... i hope it helps... good luck, you can do it!
