Fell off the wagon for a few weeks, such a waste.

So I never got back into exercising and my tummy was getting really muscular but 3 weeks with no work out, I feel so grose. Not even so grossed out that I want to run all night. Im so depressed that all that work went down the drain (with my fish, rip) so quick. I told hubby how that quickly Its much fattier (havnt weighed yet, too scared) and he asked why I hadnt got back into it, I explained that if it was raining/too hot, I woudlnt, didnt end up having time at night cuz I have to catch up on house work due to daily babysitting. He asked how much an exercise bike was, since It is so convenient, even if I just have a few minutes here and there and I tend to stick to it well. So he told me he would buy me one. :D Im Really hoping I can manage to stick to it. But the #1 thing to help me keep on track is YOU GUYS. Dont fall of like me, lets do this, either its worth it or its not. Whats 30 minutes eh? 30 minutes of working out for flat tummy and feeling good and muscular? Worth it right?

Lucey .. Forgive yourself .. it is in the past.  The important thing is what YOU are DOING!  You're not giving up and taking the bull by the horns and implementing that "Can Do" Attitude!  YEAHHHH YOUUUUU!!!!

Will be posting the Cherokee Indian story for you .. and others to reference .. it helped me immensely when I was facing having to make a decision whether to eat something or not ... or to exercise or not.

Love and Huggssss ..
