I want to start a diet, and would love to do a 7-10 day cleanse to kick start it - get toxins out of my body to help prevent cravings while dieting... I loved the Isagenix 9 day cleanse, but it's too expensive. any advice or suggestions?
Hit the sauna. Drink lots of water. Stay away from meat and processed foods. Up your fiber intake and take a supplement that supports your liver function. I've cleansed before and I think this is just as good and a lot cheaper too! Good Luck!
Your body was designed to remove the toxins without your help and unless you have impaired liver or kidney function, you shouldn't need to do anything other than eat a well balanced diet and drink plenty of water. I tried a cleanse once and it basically did nothing that a laxative wouldn't have done and probably not as well.
And yes, a good diet and plenty of fresh water are a lot cheaper.
