Guess what!!!

I have officially lost my first 2 lbs after completely renovating my diet and exercise!!!!! Hoping that by Saturday (when hubby and I weigh-in) I have dropped another 1-2 lbs!!! I cannot wait to reach the 170's!

Oh that is so great!! Sometimes a little tweaking is all it takes to get that scale moving again. Congrats to you!! :-)

Hey - that's wonderful!!  Makes me jealous as I'm going the other way.  You keep going - I'm trying to get some "get up and go" from you guys.

Here's another update--- I honestly try to not weigh myself every day because that gets frustrating.

But I weighed myself before I got into the shower earlier and I weighed 184 (I started at 188)!!!!! So now it's 4 lbs lost! Ahhh! I haven't seen the scale move in a long time!
