Well I always measured cuz I didnt have a scale. I got a scale and noticed that even knowing my measureing tape wasnt changing, the scale was. I lost 30 pounds since I last weighed myself (when I bought the scale I was down 30)
Now that I have the scale, I kinda stopped measuring. Though the scale wasnt moving much, I still keep up with my exercise as much as I can because I can enjoy it.
Measurments when I first got the scale:
at belly button: 38''
Today when I measured:
at belly button: 36''
under boobs: -2''
at belly button: -2''
Just wanted to share mu success...and brag, what can I say I was happy, had to share with someone. :P
Good for you Lucey! I tend towards the scale and try to measure every once in a while (when I can feel a difference). I didn't weigh last weekend and for a few days after as I was away and then found out over that weekend that our scale had broken. I'd lost 5 lbs without trying but it was an issue with the scale. Have a new one and am back on track.
