wow! :) thank you!
If only I could have time to go to gym! ... Anyways, I'm 51kls. and just wanted to have a proper diet... Could I use diet pills at the same time?!
Sure!
First of all you need to figure out how many calories your body uses daily. You can do that by using this formula: http://www.goodhousekeeping.com/health/advice/calculate-calories-bmr (use this to calculate your BMR, then your Total Calories needed; scroll down the page for both)
Then subtract calories from that to lose weight. You need to cut 500 calories a day to lose 1 pound a week. You can also exercise and burn 500 calories a day to lose 1 lb a week. For example my total calories burned a day is 1725. I can cut 500 calories (in which I would eat 1225 calories a day) and I'll burn 1 lb a week. It takes 3500 calories to lose 1 pound. You can split your calories up however you want depending how much you want to lose....like if you want to lose the fastest cut and burn 500 calories which would equal 1,000 calories a day....but if you want to lose slower then you could just cut or burn a little bit of calories and lose slower.
As far as exercise walking is easy, free, and kinda fun for me b/c I have my daughter with me as well as my mp3! Sometimes I have a friend with me. We have a local walking track that people can use. 4 laps is 1 mile. If you cut 500 calories and burn 500 calories exercising you will lose 2 lbs a week.
For toning you can jump rope, do jumping jacks, and do sit-ups or crunches. If you have extra money you can go to a gym or exercise class (yoga, zumba, etc)
