You should see a doctor. You might be missing out on essential nutrients, or have something more serious like celiac disease which is causing your appetite.
Regardless of the outcome, many people (myself included) have seen dramatic reductions in appetite by completely removing wheat products from their diet. Might be worth a try if nothing else works.
Nobody can tell you what will work for you though... You have to find out for yourself.
May be you should search for Evelyn Tribole and "intuitive eating". When I couldn't stop eating I was definitely trying to comfort myself with food, trying to avoid some emotions, otherwise unbearable. There is really much information in English about it - what really happens and how to deal with it. And I also enjoyed the book by Andie MitchelL "It was me all along".
