Help!!!!!!!!!
I am a 38 year old female. I have been attending the following classes since March 2011 and seem not to be losing the weight I should:

Tuesday: Aerobics or 9 holes of golf
Wednesday: Aerobics or 9 holes of golf
Thursday: Spinning Class
Saturday: Kettlebell Class
Sunday: Spinning Class then 9 holes of Golf

Can you suggest what I am doing wrong????

how's your diet? remember, diet and exercise go hand in hand. you cannot work out and then eat like crazy afterwards. or only work out and starve yourself. make sure you eat enough to sustain your energy level but enough to also lose the unwanted weight. seeing your exercise schedule, i say adding in some strength training may not be a bad idea. building lean muscles can help you burn off calories faster. good luck!
