I know someone whose family sells these stuff. My friend told me that her mother actually tried it first because she wants to see if its effective and it could earn her trust enough that she could also convince other people into buying them. Well she dis lose weight and the great thing about it is that it also has vitamins with them. Sticking to the program will give yu your desired results. I do not know of any side effects but one con about this is that its pricey. You'll need to buy the medicine in sets because of the said program.
