Hi

Hi i am a mother of two , and since I get pregnant I gained almost 25 pounds after each baby , now I am 203 pounds , I started my diet one month ago and  i am working out every day for two weeks now I was 213 and I am 5,6 I lost 10 pound but there is no change in my close , my question is how long it will take me to be 160 and do I have to change my rotten to burn more , if yes how to so that , and I want to know if every day working out is to much ? I start to get bored , I am so deepest , if any one can tell me if i am in the right track or not .

Thank you ! Yes I go to gym 5 times a week , I usually walk on the treadmill for 30 min , elliptical for 30 min , and bike for 20 mint ,just today I tryed the peak 8 on the bike for 20 min, and 30 mint treadmill , actually I love it . Dot you think I could reach my goal in 5 month ?! And thank you again

You can vary your workouts so you don't get bored. Are you going to a gym? For me I swim waterski and do Jazzercise. I love it.

I don't know if i reas this right because most of your words were spelt wrong.. but if you want to lose weight it's obvious what you need to do. Lower your calories, eat healthier calories when you are eating, and workout as hard as you can for 45-60 minutes a day
