Hello, my name is Ari and I am 21 years old. I weight 145 lbs and stand roughly 5'1". I am looking into different home workout programs that I can do on my own time. I work as an EMT and my schedules are not flexible to fit in any gym programs. My question is have any of you tried the Les Mills Pump! program either at home or in the gym? What did you think of it? Did it work like they say?
Do you have any other suggestions for me?
