I weight more than that I know what you mean . He needs to have a strong will . I use different produtcs to suppress my appetite and the sweets need also . So far so good ! Plus diet is a must !
You can't "make" your spouse do anything, short of threatening him with something scary. Your use of the word "can't" is obviously a problem, as of course he can, he just hasn't chosen to. People who eat themselves sick either love food more than health or have an emotional problem they deal with by eating. The only thing I can think of is to take him somewhere they treat people with blood sugar problems or have him talk to someone who has them and show him what can happen if he doesn't get control over this. But ultimately, he has to make the choice.
I notice you use the word "can't" in there. Of course he can. He just doesn't want to, or he has an emotional problem somewhere that's he's been treating by eating badly. I really don't think one person can ever "make" another person change their diet and exercise habits. but perhaps take him somewhere they treat people with sugar imbalances and let him see just how messed up they get over time.
