Hi bratney83... it sounds like you have an eating disorder. The easiest way to get back to normal eating habits is to set regular eating times and amounts.
To make sure you're eating enough, determine the number of calories you need every day, then divide that by 3 meals and a couple of snacks, then limit your eating to those times, but make sure you do eat at the designated times, even if you don't feel hungry.
You could probably benefit from counseling, as well.
