How do you know?

I'm trying to fix a habbit I eat all the time bored,hungry,not hungry,sad, I eat threw it all. Now I've done it so long that I don't know if in hungry unless I'm at the point of starving. How can i break this habbit?

Hi bratney83... it sounds like you have an eating disorder.  The easiest way to get back to normal eating habits is to set regular eating times and amounts.

To make sure you're eating enough, determine the number of calories you need every day, then divide that by 3 meals and a couple of snacks, then limit your eating to those times, but make sure you do eat at the designated times, even if you don't feel hungry.  

You could probably benefit from counseling, as well.
