How to get bigger

How do I get a big chest and pecs? Im 6"4 and weigh 182lb should I cut and try and chizzle away some definition or should I eat more protein and "bulk"

From a woman's point of view, it's all about straight posture and muscle shape and strength.  Do pullups and pushups and use the cable weights.  Make sure the exercises are balanced front to back, so that shoulders are pulled back and head is up, not forward.  This looks strong and youthful.  Use good technique instead of adding weight before you're ready.  Clean and jerk is another full-body exercise that is overlooked.
