I lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks: raw food diet

I've been losing and gaining my last 15 pounds for a decade, ever since I left my mid 20's. But I've finally found the perfect diet for me. I'm on the raw food diet for 6 weeks now. I lost 6" on my tummy, but I've almost recovered from chronic fatigue. I look much younger! See my profile. I am never going back to yoyo dieting. I am 95% raw and can still eat my favorites, chocolate, pizza, and icecream every week. I wrote about my experience with the raw food diet on my blog.
