I to fight with my fridge.i found what works is healthy vegan cause I am snacks..pintrest has alot of weightloss motivation and they have great, vegan snack recipes... roasted chickpeas sweet is I crave sugar or kale chips if I crave chips.we all forget sugar is a drug.changing those bad habits is hard.but my favorite saying goes..we have fat we are not fat our weight does not define us but we can do something, about it..
Whenever u start to feel hungry drink water, there is nothing better for u than just plane water. This said u do need food so dont try to fast for more than a day. Go on the internet and find quotes or helpful tricks help eat less. Also before every meal DRINK WATER and a large glass then wait a few minutes. Try to see if you are truly hungry or just board eating. Also try 6 small meals instead of 3 big ones like a 5 course meal spaced out taste better then a 3 close together this is because your body has time to digest the food that you put into it. Also eat more filling foods so u wont feel hungry later on thus eating more. Hope this is helpful
