yea i am not fat and i know i am suppose to have hips i would just like to tone it up so i will look good for the summer. I am just really thick in my HIPS!
Your a woman you are supposed to have hips!! If you only weigh 113 pounds you are definently not out of shape! Enjoy your curves you have them for a reason. If you really are determined to loose the weight in a specific area, try toning that specific area instead of a heavy cardio or diet. That will keep you from loosing the weight anywhere else
