The size of your bones.  If you have large bone structure, you should weigh more than if you have a small bone structure.

Look at your hands and/or feet.  If they are larger than most people your age and gender, you possibly have a large bone structure, or if you have wider shoulders, etc.

I am not really sure what you mean by frame size?

At 5'5" and 138.6 pounds, you possibly aren't overweight, but that depends on your frame size.

Here's part of a chart, with your height and what you should weigh, based on your frame size.

Height                Small Frame             Medium Frame       Large Frame
5'5"                        117-130                    127-141                137-155

Be sure to lose any weight, safely or it could cause issues later in life.

slocerberus gave some very good advice, but losing 5 kg in one week is dangerous, at best.  That's 11 pounds, when 1-2 pounds(0.5-1 kg)/week is considered safe.

Why would you need to lose that much weight, so quickly?

We don't know your age or gender, or even if you are overweight, to begin with. More information is needed.

It is possible, but you will need to make a big change to your diet. The amount of calories you would require to intake daily to lose that amount would be around 1000. But that can be dangerous, especially if your daily intake so far was around 2000+.
Start of by calculating the amount of protein you require per day, cut out the carbohydrates and try to eat more healthy fats. You will still end up eating carbohydrates trough vegetables and fruit, but not trough bread, pasta etc. But those that are in the fruit and vegetables are complex carbohydrates, which are good. Try having 5 small meals per day, set apart 2.5hours / 3hours. Also, whenever you feel like you want a snack, eat some fruit instead of junk food.
Also, don't forget, an hour or more per day of cardio and heavy weight lifting will help you burn fat faster, resulting in you losing weight.

I will try not to over complicate it, but it helped me understand how much of protein am I required to eat per day. You don't really need a lot of carbohydrates to get trough the day, but you do need the protein and fat.
Try doing something like this. I will take me for the example. I weigh 173 pounds, and have 14.5% of body fat. To calculate the amount of body fat I have, I multiplied 173 with 14.5%, got the number 2508.5. Now, divide the number by 100, and you will get the body fat in pounds. Now, take your weight and subtract it with the body fat. You will gain the number of protein that you require to eat per day. In my case, its around 148g / protein. But, be careful with this, if you don't work out hard enough, the protein will be eventually stored as excess weight.

The amount of fat you require to eat to lose the calories, well, that can vary.  You do need to eat foods with healthy fats, like almonds and nuts, because  they contain healthy fats which will help you burn the fats that are already in your body. But, be careful when you're eating nuts, because just 8 almonds carry around 80 calories.

Hope this will help you to some way.

Cheers
