I'm at a plateau and I can't change it

Hi,
I'm 25 yo female. I'm stuck at a plateau that I cannot seem to shake. I have lost 25 lbs and want to lose 18 more lbs. I am currently at 148 (5'4). I eat right and change my routine all the time. I work out 5 days a week with intense cardio sessions every workout. I have a different routine every day focussing on a different muscle group each day (I.e. upper, cadio one day lower cardio the next.) I have been at the weight for 2 months now and can't drop. Any suggestions are apprecicated. Please no negative comments.

Even though you are exercising 5 days/week and exercising different muscle groups, you still aren't changing your routine enough.  Add some strength training, to your routine, try doing intervals, etc.

Additionally, change up your calorie intake, as well.  Drop a couple hundred calories/day for a couple days, then increase by a couple hundred.

Have you figured out how many calories you "should" be eating?  This is a calculation based on current height, weight, age, and level of activity.  This will give you your BMR, which is how many calories you need to maintain your current weight, then you will need to do decrease your calorie intake by about 500 calories/day, or decrease by 250 calories/day and burn 250 via exercise.

Divide your meals into small portions throughout the day.  I personally believe it increases metabolism, you will get lot more energy by eating 5-7 times in a day instead of 2 or three times a day.  Avoid fatty meals and eat low calorie foods in order to stay from plateau.

I would go get a blood panel test done, I had a similar issue and it was because I had low thyroid hormone amongst testosterone, which was not allowing me to lose weight.

Go see a doctor.

How many calories are u consuming a day? Eating too much or too little can b bad. if u are working out u should b eating those calories otherwise ur body can be storing fat. another reason u aren't loosing weight might b because ur gaining muscle...

I'm finding same thing. Stuck at 182 for over a week.
I think its all the doggone water I consume when working out (about 50oz). According to my calc, that's about 3 lbs of water weight. Perhaps this is affecting you as well.
