Try a smoothie....I'm not a big fruit or veggies person either, so o totally understand. I normally add things like spinach, kale, apples, mango or anything else that you may be able to "stomach". Add OJ or almond milk, with a tablespoon of honey! Sounds gross but taste delicious! Google smoothies for weight loss and you be surprised how many you'll find.
Try to eat more fruits and vegetables high in fiber. If you could eat 100 calories less than what you burn each day that would be good also.
