Is exercising on stationary bike hood
Will I lose weight by using an exercise bike I do 20 minutes 3 tomes a day 5 days a week

Yes, you should lose some weight by using an exercise bike; however, doing the same thing, day after day, will allow your body to get used to it, so it will no longer be a challenge.  Maybe you could change up your routine - do something else for 20 minutes; or at least make sure you change the intensity/speed of your riding.

Your diet will also make a difference between losing weight, or not.
