So there is nothing i can do at all to get my oblique muscle to atrophy?
I have stoped doing oblique exercises for about 3-4 months now but still they havent shruken or lost any mass. Its something that anoys me so much being a bodybuilder and all, having thick obliques makes my waist appear wide which is something i do not want. Is there such thing as a cortisol injection or anything?
There has to be some way to lose muscle mass in my obliques without losing muscle mass anywere else. IM relly self concous about this now.
Thanks for the information on the transverse abdominal muscle, on a body building website i made a thread about how one can achive the "adonis belt" (probally a bodybuilder slang) it is a "term" for part of the human anatomy. The transverse abdominal muscle is what causes the part of "adonis belt" but i never knew how to actually activate it. Thanks alot for that.
There is no injection that I am aware of that will "fix" this, however, I would suggest that you look at your workout routine and reduce the exercises you are doing for the obliques. You may also want to consider some band stretching exercises, pilates or yoga to help lengthen those muscles while also keeping your core in shape.
The transverse abdominal muscle is a most important, yet many times gets overlooked. The transverse abdominals wrap around the torso like a corset, just below the rib cage (this is the muscle that’s activated when you suck in your gut, cough or sneeze).
You may wish to do some specific muscle building in this area and towards that end here are some I was able to find for you

Try some of these and be sure you are eating a healthy balanced diet and getting enough sleep; it really does affect how we feel and how our muscles respond.
Best wishes .. and hope to hear from you and have you become an integral part of the community.
BTW - I would encourage you to implement the Food Diary to track nutritional values, the Exercise Tracker to follow your workouts and the Weight Tracker to monitor weight and measurements. These are valuable tools .. and can certainly provide us with reports and information to help us plan our course of action and/or show our progress.
