I forgot to mention that I wrap my mid section in saran/plastic wrap. Sounds crazy,but it really works.
You can make your own for much cheaper. Check out some videos on YouTube. Search for home made body wraps. Also, I find that wrapping my mid section while doing cardio helps tremendously as well. Just make sure you drink plenty at water. Half your body weight in ounces. So if you are 180lbs, drink 90 oz per day. Add an extra 10 oz if the temp is above 85 degrees. Hope this helps.
